Thank you for your purchase from Factory Direct Wallpaper. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.

Policy Details

You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.

Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items / Final Sale Items, Open Packages.

For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase, Return RA form.

Refunds will be issued in the from of MERCHANDISE CREDIT, Gift Card or Product Exchange Certificate only, No CASH or Credit Card Refunds.

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Factory Direct Wallpaper strongly recommends that you use a tracking method to ship your return.

Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30%. Exceptions Factory Direct Wallpaper does not charge a restocking fee if: Items are damaged and/or defective or if customer did not order item

Process Details

You must contact Factory Direct Wallpaper and request a Return Authorization Form to begin the return process.  Contact us by email at support@factorydirectwallpaper.com and include the information about the item and reason for return. When you receive the RA Form, use it to return the item to us.
To return your purchase from Factory Direct Wallpaper, place the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase, Return form. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Factory Direct Wallpaper will process your return. A MERCHANDISE CREDIT, Gift Card or Product Exchange Certificate will be issued for return amount except for Items marked FINAL SALE. Factory Direct Wallpaper will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
